Meggie Owen is a Licensed Massage Therapist based out of Lexington, Kentucky with over 8 years of experience. She specializes in deep tissue, swedish, and bamboo massage therapy, with a passion for working with clients of all walks of life. Meggie loves working with clients that need to break away from the daily grind. She loves to create a space for rejuvenation and rehabilitation while addressing specific concerns in each session, from athletic recovery and routine maintenance to chronic pain and psychological adversity. Meggie believes in massage being an extremely valuable tool for everyone, its ability to transform a moment into something more positive than the moment before. Being able to provide an environment of rest and relaxation makes every session an experience that ends with positivity that can be carried into the rest of your day. Peter Owen
Peter Owen has been a licensed massage therapist in Lexington, Kentucky since 2017. He is passionate about rehabilitative treatment that focuses on client comfort and positive change. Peter meets clients where they are in the present moment and brings focused intention to each session. His specializations include Post-Op Lymphatic massage, which can be recommended for care after most plastic surgery procedures, Body Patterning that can be healing energetically and physically, and Vedic Thai massage. Peter offers expertise in Swedish Massage, deep tissue modalities, and injury rehabilitation. Peter is a combat veteran of the United States Army and has extensive experience working with Veterans dealing with chronic pain and injuries both seen and unseen. When Peter is not in massage therapy sessions, he is likely to be found outdoors or spending time with the people he loves.
